This variety made its debut in 2025 completely by accident! I forgot to assign a number before entering it in its first dahlia show, and to my surprise (and slight embarrassment because I didn’t get it pre-approved by a senior judge), it went on to win Best Triple Miniature Ball Dahlia of the Show. Oops!
Since it had already earned a head-table win, I decided to just roll with it. At its next show, it captured a Section Champion title, and at its third, it brought home a blue ribbon. With a trio of wins under its belt for the 2025 season, it’s now destined to be a showgirl.
