Refund policy

Once an order is placed, we cannot change or cancel an order. NO exceptions. If you’d like to add additional items, please place another order.

Please check your tubers as soon as you receive your order. Please open them and check them to ensure they got to you in satisfactory condition. Contact us within 3 days of receipt for any issues regarding your order. After 3 days, buyer assumes all full responsibility for the tuber. We cannot be held responsible for customer’s negligence, improper storage, weather and growing conditions which includes pests & diseases.
