Dahlia Shopping FAQ’s & Misc Info
Farm pick up is available to our local flower friends on April 13th between 10 am - 12 pm only in Enumclaw. There are no other dates available at this time. Please ensure you are available to pick up. Detailed info will be emailed to you after the purchase or before the pick up date.
Once an order is placed, we cannot change or cancel an order. NO exceptions. If you’d like to add additional items, please place another order.
Shipping starts after April 15th, weather permitting.
We do not combine orders/shipping. NO exceptions.
Please check your tubers as soon as you receive your order and contact us within 10 days of receipt for any issues regarding your order. After 10 days, buyer assumes all full responsibility for the tuber. We cannot be held responsible for customer’s negligence, improper storage, weather and growing conditions which includes pests.
We only ship in the US (except Hawaii and Alaska).
Shipping & Handling is a flat rate of $15.00 per order.
Our virus protocol
We tested at least 10% of our stock last year for TSV and tested 4% for DMV most of which will be available to you. We cannot test every single plant as that is not cost effective for us.
We cull plants as soon as we signs of virus.
We sanitize our snips in between plants during harvesting and dividing tubers.
We cannot guaranty virus free stock as we cannot control the environment they grow in (they grow out in the field).
We do our best to mitigate pests and diseases, test periodically and pull plants as soon as we see signs of virus.
We are also inspected by the State of WA Department of Agriculture during the growing season to ensure that our crops are free of quarantine pests.
